Commonwealth Funding for Independent Schools

Calvary Christian College part of Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations at Windsor Castle

Calvary Christian College’s Principal and two staff will travel to Windsor Castle in London after being invited to tell their story of innovation in educational practice as part of Her Majesty’s Queen Elizabeth’s 90th Birthday celebrations in May, 2016. A Uniting Church Foundation program supporting Year 10 Indigenous students to fulfill their educational potential is going from strength to strength.

Two more Indigenous students have been helped to pursue their vocational goals, thanks to a second round of grants from the Uniting Church Foundation’s $10 for 10 Appeal. [Read more…]
